河北廊坊廣陽區南漢宮廷憶述小鎮位于京津走廊之間，項目區域內有文化古鎮、大型水果采摘園、堿河岸漢代歷史與宮廷技藝等文化旅游資源。本項目依托區域內豐富的資源屬性，定位于京南休閑度假旅游觀光目的地。將打造集古文化街觀光、體驗民宿、美食采摘、水上娛樂等功能于一體的5A級旅游景區及國家級特色小鎮綜合體。
1、文化古街休閑區：南漢宮廷藝術小鎮主題以明清仿古建筑為主、亮化工程、民宿建設、道路設施改造等。
2、堿河景觀改造：南漢宮廷憶述小鎮南側堿河河道抗滲改造，河兩岸園林綠化改造、橋梁改造。
3、采摘園、農業文化體驗園：采摘園道路改造、接待中心建設、停車場改造、古城文化遺址建設、民俗莊園。
4、營地休閑度假區：星空營帳、房車營地、汽車營地、木屋營地、帳篷營地。
1、地理位置優越，區位優勢明顯：南漢宮廷憶述小鎮地處國家京津冀一體化戰略布局腹地，京臺高速 出口即到。
2、歷史深遠，文化深厚：據史料記載早在漢代劉邦在此地就建立了安次縣郡，在清晚期，本地工匠就進京修復皇宮內的建筑及器具，流傳下了很完整的宮廷傳統手工技藝。近些年本地已產生的省級非物質遺產二十余項，非物質文化遺產大師十余人。
本項目總投資8億元人民幣，擬引進資金6億元人民幣。
項目建設啟動后五年游客訪客2000萬人，計算人均消費100元，五年營業總額二十億元。
工程進展
小鎮主街改造工程已基本完成。堿河河道清理工作已完成。

Project Profile
The Nanhan Palace Recalling Town is located on the Beijing-Tianjin Corridor. In the project area, there are cultural ancient towns, large fruit orchards, plentiful cultural tourism resources such as Han Dynasty history and court skills. Relying on the rich resources in the region, the project aims to build a destination of leisure and tourism to the south of Beijing. It will develop a 5A-level tourist scenic spot and a national characteristic town complex integrating ancient Cultural Street sightseeing, B&B experience, fruit picking, and water games.
Construction Content
1.Cultural Ancient Street Leisure Area: The theme of the Nanhan Palace Recalling Town focuses on Ming and Qing antique buildings, lighting projects, home stay construction, and road facilities renovation.
2.Alkali River Landscape Reconstruction: The anti-seepage transformation of the alkali river channel on the south side of the Nanhan Palace Recalling Town, the landscaping renovation on both sides of the river, and the bridge reconstruction.
3.Picking gardens, agricultural culture experience parks: road reconstruction of picking gardens, reception center construction, parking lot renovation, construction of ancient city cultural sites, and folk custom estates.
4.Camp leisure resorts: star camps, RV camps, car camps, squatter camps, tent camps.
Investment Highlights
1.Good geographical position and distinct location advantages: the Nanhan Palace Recalling Town is located in the hinterland of the integrated national strategic layout of Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei, and is close to the exit of Beijing-Taiwan Expressway.
2.Long history and profound culture: According to historical records, Liubang established Anci County in the Han Dynasty. In the late Qing Dynasty, local craftsmen went to Beijing to repair the buildings and appliances in the palace, and passed down complete court traditional craftsmanship. In recent years, it has developed more than 20 provincial- level intangible heritages and more than ten intangible cultural heritage masters.
Investment Estimation
The total investment of the project is estimated at 800 million yuan, and it plans to introduce 600 million yuan.
Benefit Analysis
In the fifth year after the construction of the project, the number of visitors is expected to reach 20 million, the per capita consumption is expected to be 100 yuan, and the total annual sales are expected to be 2 billion yuan.
Project Progress
The renovation of the main street of the town has been basically completed. The cleaning of the Alkali River has been completed.
