        烤豬方

        烤豬方為內蒙古傳統烤制菜肴,是用帶骨豬五花肉經煮、烤而成,并且要在制作過程重揭去肉皮和部分肥膘,抹上用雞蛋、面粉調成自的糊,再加原湯一起烤制。成品皮面呈金黃色,隨同黃瓜條、蔥段、甜面醬、合頁餅上桌。吃起來皮酥肉爛,肉香純正,肥而不膩
