        木魚渡僧

        主料:茄子,面粉,小蘇打,冬筍,黃花菜,臺蘑,胡蘿卜鹽,姜,花椒鹽,香油,食用油,淀粉

        制作:

        1. 將茄子洗凈切成“雙飛”片(一刀不切斷,一刀切斷);

        2. 將胡蘿卜、冬筍、黃花菜、臺蘑、姜洗凈切成末,放入器皿中加入鹽、香油拌勻成餡,再將餡放入茄子夾內待用;

        3. 用面粉、淀粉、小蘇打倒入水中調成面糊,茄子夾逐個蘸上面糊;

        4. 坐鍋點火倒油,油至四成熱時,將茄子夾逐個放入鍋內炸至金黃色撈出,擺入盤中,蘸花椒鹽食用。
