        鍋油雞

        鍋油雞為王四酒家于清光緒二十六年(1900年)創制。業主王四家藏秘制油鍋,每至春秋佳日,取三黃母雞煮半熟,冷卻后,置油鍋中以微火燜成。油雞肥大豐滿,色澤金黃光亮,肉味鮮嫩肥酥,油鹵芳香撲鼻。亦被列入《中國菜譜》
