        鮮蒸鮰魚

        原料:鮰魚;西蘭花、姜末、蔥末;豆豉、食鹽、天添鮮、料酒、白糖、白胡椒粉、蔥姜蒜粉

        制作:西蘭花洗凈,焯水(加油和食鹽),撈出備用;鮰魚用食鹽和料酒腌漬片刻,上籠蒸15分鐘,取出待用;鍋燒熱,入油,下蔥末、姜末、豆豉煸香,加鹽、天添鮮、胡椒粉,待豆豉燒酥后淋在蒸好的鮰魚上,旁邊用西蘭花圍邊,裝盤即成。
