        翡翠羊柳卷      相傳古時縉云的人民很好客,每逢婚嫁慶壽等喜宴,都會殺豬宰羊,宴請親朋好友,縉云鄉村的土廚師,經過不斷的經驗積累,在羊肉的燴制上逐漸推陳出新,清代光緒年間,舒洪有位李姓的土廚師,他把羊里脊肉(羊柳)劈成薄片,稍經佐料加工,就卷入各類輔料,再經油鍋滑熟,最后加調料勾芡,即成口感滑嫩的羊柳卷,深受群眾喜愛。仙都各賓館廚師在傳統菜的基礎上,加進西芹擺盤點綴,更添鮮美,令賓客喜令不厭,贊賞頗多。
