        糖醋鵝頸

        糖醋鵝頸產于江西上饒姿源,把精肉剁成蓉狀,與豆粉一起攪勻,用豆腐皮包裹成條狀,入油鍋炸,出鍋后切成小段裝盤,蒸熟。另一個鍋中燒少許湯,加入白糖、醋,生粉勾芡,淋在盤中即可。此菜菜色金黃,酸甜可口,常被用來做婚禮宴席上的傳統菜肴。
