        佛祖山粉蒸鰍魚

        原料:鰍魚、精鹽、大米粉、生姜、蒜、醬油、醋、化豬油、蔥、胡椒。

        制法:鰍魚去頭去內臟,剁成連體段,大米粉放鹽姜末拌勻,將鰍魚兩邊拍上大米粉裝扣碗上籠蒸20分鐘取出,撒上蒜泥、胡椒、蔥花,淋上熟豬油,另配醬油、醋味碟即成。
