        荊州春卷

        迎春應時的傳統小食品。源于晉代人們在立春之日相互饋食的"春盤"。唐、宋時食"春盤"之風更盛,杜甫曾在荊州留下"春日春盤細生菜"的詩句,蘇軾也曾有"青嵩黃韭試春盤"詩句。明、清以來,春盤便逐漸演變成"春卷"。春卷采用面粉攤成薄皮,用臘肉、韭菜等作餡子,卷成筒狀,長二寸許,放入油鍋炸熟,色澤金黃,皮酥餡嫩,香氣誘人。
