        香菇釀鳳脯

        原名雞茸釀香菌,是南漳縣傳統名菜,由老一輩廚師楊長春于1929年創制,曾一度稱譽南漳。現由二級廚師梁帆制作。主料香菇為南漳特產,配以雞茸、雞脯肉等。成菜色澤潔白,味美可口,易于消化,為筵席之珍品。
