        包鯉

        包鯉:產于沙浦鎮典水村。其外形奇特,內臟極小,多年來一直為嶺南佳肴。其烹調以清蒸為宜,只將魚剖為兩片,洗凈,無須去鱗,亦不放油,撒以少量食鹽、生蔥,蒸熟后有大量清澈白油流出,即可食之,其味鮮美。清代作貢品。慈禧太后曾頒賜金匾。
