        殺豬、羊前,先在備好的潔凈盆子放入適量鹽,殺豬、羊時,當紅刀子拔出后,即將噴出的豬、羊血裝入盆子,邊取血邊用筷子將血與食鹽攪勻。然后,將生血盛碗中,再用50℃溫開水沖淡,邊沖邊攪,每二三匙羹生血,可沖兌一碗。沖淡調勻后,靜放片刻,即凝結如膠,色澤鮮紅。再另將豬瘦肉、心、肝、雜網油剁碎,拌入蔥花、姜、酒,炒熟作料,撒放入裝血碗面上,即可食用,吃時可再加些酒,味鮮不腥,具有補血壯氣之功能。
