        佛手酥

        佛手酥,酥點,特點:色微黃,形如佛手果,皮酥餡香甜。烹制法:炸。

        川味佛手酥的做法:QKP

        1、瓜條、橘餅切成小丁,加白糖、豬板化油、炒面粉少許,揉制成餡。QKP

        2、油水面加食用檸檬黃少許揉勻,做成每個重15克的劑子,包入油酥面搟疊成圓皮,包入餡心封口。QKP

        3、用手微搓成長條,按扁,用刀在一端劃條口,將一頭微卷,一頭略高成佛手形,入豬油鍋炸制。QKP

        4、或將點心坯刷上蛋汁,入爐烤至呈金黃色即成。QKP

        操作要領:用刀劃口不宜深,以免漏餡;炸制時,要注意保持形狀完好。也可用豆沙做餡。QKP
