        包谷細米干飯

        包谷細米干飯 先將干包谷籽淘洗去尖,磨成瓣,將瓣子存放一兩天,俗稱“疊瓣子”。再磨細,去其粗米和面,只取細米。用鐵罐煮,水開后先放細米的三分之一,用木棒或竹棒攪勻;等煮沸后,再放細米的三分之一,待煮沸后,再放余下的細米,攪勻加蓋蒸煮。煮沸后將鐵罐放在火邊煨烤,煨烤一陣子轉一次鐵罐的方向,直到煨烤干水分。包谷細米干飯松軟有彈性,香氣四溢。
