        窩絲油花,蒸點,特點:咸鮮干香,窩絲爽口。烹制法:蒸。此點心可兩用,如作中點可配酸辣湯;作席點可與清蒸鴨子等菜肴同上。食用時用筷子夾住壓在面餅下的頭,向上一提即成絲狀。

        生豬板油、金鉤、火腿切碎與花椒粉、蔥白花、鹽等,拌勻成餡泥。子面搟成0.5厘米的面皮,上抹勻餡泥。dMV

        將面皮裹成圓筒形,橫切成3.5厘米長的短節,每節切成0.5厘米的細絲,一起抖開、拉長,再卷成餅狀,上籠用旺火蒸制即成。dMV
