        肉炒芭蕉花

        以一內芭蕉花和100克新鮮狗肉為原料(若無新鮮狗肉,可用豬肉代替)。烹飪時,取下芭蕉花的花瓣,洗凈切細,放少許食鹽漬制片刻生,淘洗擠捏,去除澀味。狗肉切成薄片或剁細(豬肉亦然),先將肉在油鍋內爆炒至八成熟,再加入芭蕉花與適量食鹽、味精炒熟即可。這道菜,從前多在賀新房時食用,因風味獨特,餐館內已普遍用以待客。( 西雙版納)
