        蕎粑粑

        蕎粑粑---迪慶地區的彝族、傈僳族都栽苦蕎和甜蕎,并以此為主食之一。做蕎粑粑時,用開水與苦蕎面和拌,捏成餅狀放入水中煮,熟后蘸蜂蜜而食,細軟而無苦味,清涼潤腸,是人見人愛的藥用食品。甜蕎面則用水和稀,在鍋內攤餅,翻動幾次,即可食用。這兩種蕎粑粑在各大賓館都有售。( 迪慶)
