        荷葉粥

        荷葉粥可以消暑、化熱、寬中、散淤,可治中暑、水腫、淤血癥等。荷葉粥的做法也很簡單方便,只要選用1/3的糯米和2/3的粳米,將鮮嫩的荷葉洗凈后切碎,包在紗布里放進粥鍋,用一片稍大的荷葉罩住,粥熬好后,退火稍冷,拌入白糖或蜂蜜即可。荷花全身都是寶,荷葉的有效成分是鞣質、荷葉堿、蓮堿、荷葉甙等,具有減肥、消腫、降脂的作用。
