        蕎面碗托

        蕎麥去皮后成為糝子,將糝子于前一日用水泡軟,拳揣成糊狀,細濾后舀入碗內上籠蒸,中途用筷攪攔一次,蒸熟即成。置陰涼處冷卻后,用醋、姜、芝麻、辣椒、蒜泥、香油等配成蘸湯澆入食用。
