        豬火腿

        豬火腿亦稱陳年干豬腿。在鮮豬肉腿上抹上食鹽、花椒等調料,待鹽被肉內水分溶化后,稍蒸再晾曬三日左右,再用熟植物油涂抹一成紅上,即為火腿。可保存三年左右而不腐爛,食用時做湯做菜,色味俱全。
