        用加鹽的低溫水和面,反復用力揉按,待面變軟時,切搓成圓條,抹上清油,一層一層碼在器皿內。下鍋時,用兩手掌對搓,循環移動,使面變得渾圓細長。因為和雞腸子相似,故名。
