        黃羊砂鍋米線

        菜品簡介:將新鮮黃羊肉分割成300g規格,用水浸泡2小時后汆水,用在有秘制香料的鹵水中加鹽、姜、陳皮、花椒等調料,用小火鹵制羊肉約4小時。砂鍋上火倒入調制的高湯煮沸加入鮮米線、蔬菜,等煮熟起鍋后,加入羊肉片、香蔥、香菜、蒜茸。
