        箕粽

        每年的端陽節,瓊海一帶除了包傳統的肉棕外,還包一種叫“箕棕”的棕子,其體積較小,只有兩指大,形狀為多邊形。

        箕棕做法:在泡好的新鮮糯米中加入適量硼砂,用粽葉包成多邊形。這種粽子很耐煮,要猛火煮幾個鐘頭才能熟透。吃時蘸以白糖,其味道甜糯韌滑,口感甚好!
