        烤方肉

        烤方肉,亦稱烤方,是當涂縣城辦盛大筵席必備佳肴,有70多年歷史,也是馬鞍山傳統名菜之一。烤方肉是用淘米水洗凈肉皮,邊洗邊刮。烤時用鐵叉叉著,先烤至五六成熟,再涂麻油于肉皮,邊涂邊烤,烤熟后,用刀將肉切成薄薄方片,蘸甜醬或白糖吃,味香甜鮮美。
