        稠粥

        "稠粥":用純小米或小米中摻和一定數量的山藥塊、葫蘆塊、黃蘿卜以及各種豆類(綠豆、扁豆)可做成各種不同的"稠粥"。一般常說的"稠粥"是指小米稠粥,有堿的可"甜吃"或蘸"炒面"吃;無堿的可蘸"腌水"或熱菜食之。"山藥稠粥"蘸"腌水"食之。其他各種稠粥則皆是加堿的甜味稠粥。"扁豆紅稠粥"只在"臘八"時食之,平常不食用。
