        撥姑子

        "撥姑子":將軟面絲用竹筷撥成小魚條狀,直接入鍋,熟后撈出,調食子。此飯多在人少、時間倉促或食"抿面"后,刮下"抿面床子",摻軟面絲,就"煉湯"(化人面粉較多的湯)最后吃一點帶湯的"撥姑子"為宜。
