        馬鈴薯卷糕

        特點:成品呈半透明狀,口感筋軟、甜香,是蒙古族人夏季時令佳點。

        工藝:用熟馬鈴薯泥卷包豆沙經蒸制而成。制皮:選白皮馬鈴薯,洗凈蒸熟,去皮。放在案板上灑干淀粉,真熱用木杖壓碎,搗至起勁成團,搟成長方片;烹制:將豆沙搓成條,放在搟成片的馬鈴薯上,卷成直徑為3厘米粗的卷,上籠用大火蒸熟,取出,斜刀切段即成。
