        炒烏飯

        每年農歷四月初八前,山民們都要上山采烏飯槎(俗稱烏飯蘆),用其葉汁浸糯米,成黑色,蒸熟,拌入紅糖、香菇末、臘肉末、墨魚干絲等,用油炒和,四月初八食用,并廣贈親友。舊時竹垟畬鄉一帶山民還要抬著“烏飯佛”上街游行。相傳畬族祖先被困山上絕食,采蘆葉充饑。后人為紀念祖先,每月四月八制食烏飯,又傳古代一義士坐牢,家中送去的食品常被獄卒扣食,其妻逐將飯用蘆葉染黑,得以順利送達。龍泉何時開始制食烏飯已無從查考,但這一習俗相沿至今,成了風味小吃。
