        糖年糕

        糯米拌秈米,水浸透,磨水粉漬干,拌入紅糖,食油蒸熟。每家除夕前制好,年初一吃糕,“糕”諧“高”,寓“年年高”。舊時春節期間糕餅店亦出售小塊糯米制香糕,包以紅綠紙,供春節間祭祀及分贈孩童,亦取“年年高”之寓意。

        清明蓬糕 清明時節,龍泉百姓普遍要做蓬果,炊蓬糕。從野外搞來嫩綠的青蓬,洗凈后經開水燙,清水漂,再切碎,磨成漿,加入糯、粳米混合米粉,將煎成的糖油,倒入蓬漿米粉中拌均勻,稠稀適度。然后裝到蒸籠里,在旺火沸水中炊兩三個小時,炊出的蓬糕晶瑩透綠,形似碧玉,香氣撲鼻,叫人望見想嘗,香甜可口。清明時節做蓬糕,象征春種遍地綠玉,祈求秋后五谷豐登,人民生活像蓬糕般香甜。
