        醋豬腳

        用永春老醋烹制豬腳,色澤鮮艷,酸辣甘甜,營養豐富,風味奇佳。先將豬腳斬半,用沸水煮10分鐘,取出用涼水沖洗備用。在瓦煲內加入醋,用猛火煮沸后,放入生姜、豬腳再煮沸,改用慢火煲1—2小時,湯汁不足時,可加入少量的開水,然后放入冰糖,即可飲湯食豬腳。具有溫經補血,散淤止痛,止血止嘔,散寒開胃的功效。
