        辣鵝翅

        做法:將沙參、玉竹、香葉、肉蔻、鮮花椒入5千克冷水鍋中,中火煲約1小時,下入鵝翅小火煨40分鐘。將干辣椒、鮮花椒用中火煸出香味,下入煨好的鵝翅炒香入味。將炒香的鵝翅用玻璃紙包裝即成。 菜品特點: 麻辣香嫩,成菜大氣,老少皆宜。
