        朱家角扎肉是青浦當地著名特產,味美可口。 帶皮腿肉去骨,放入沸水中煮熟,放入鹽,味精,然后取出,待涼后,用干凈的紗布裹緊,再用棉線(包粽子用的)扎緊,越緊越好。然后放入冰箱冷凍,過大約半個月左右取出,如果想很有嚼勁,要扎緊,且多放幾天。拿出來切片即可食用!
