        白菜餃

        白菜餃,蒸點,特點:色潔白,形如白菜,餡鮮細嫩。烹制法:蒸。

        澄粉燙制成澄面皮。半肥瘦肉、鮮蘑菇切細,下鹽、味精、胡椒粉,制成餡。

        取面皮包餡,用手指捏成五瓣白菜形半成品,入籠蒸熟裝盤即成。
