        虎皮羊腸,熱菜,咸鮮味型。特點:色如虎皮,軟略脆,咸鮮而香。烹制法:炸、炒。

        川味虎皮羊腸的做法:GNK

        1、熟羊肥腸切成段,用鹽、醬油、花椒水漬入味,用水豆粉拌勻。GNK

        2、鍋內菜油燒至七成熱時,下肥腸炸至呈黃色時,撈出瀝干油。GNK

        3、潷去余油,下蒜片、姜片、蔥段炒香,下水發木耳、肥腸合炒,烹入滋汁,淋香油簸勻即成。GNK
