        玉帶酥,酥點,特點:色白酥紋美觀,皮酥餡香甜。烹制法:炸。此點心形如古代-的玉飾腰帶,故名。

        瓜片切成丁,加蜜玫瑰、白糖、炒面粉少許、豬板化油揉合成餡。油水面下成重30克一個的劑子,包入油酥面搟裹成圓筒,將圓筒順切成兩半,刀口向下,取一半搟成圓皮,包入餡心,按扁成圓餅形(另一半又做一個),入溫豬油鍋炸制即成。NTD
