        客家三色粄

        三色粄做法:先將糯米洗凈,加水浸泡3小時,放入石磨磨成粉漿,脫水壓干成米團。把壓干的米團分別放入艾葉汁、紅曲粉,揉搓成綠色粉團和紅色粉團,分別揉成紅、綠、白色小圓團,放入微沸水中煮熟,另起油鑊,將香菇、浸發干蝦仁爆香,下高湯調入味料,待滾開后放入三種顏色糯米粉團略煮,最后加入香菜、蔥花即成。
