        慶陽攪團

        攪團是慶陽人常吃的飯食,冬夏時節尤為時興,因為它操作方便,熱和好吃,為婦女、老太太喜食不厭。攪團的原料為麥面、玉米面或者高粱面等,其工序是先將部分原料和面水入開水鍋,待鍋再次沸騰加入剩余原料入鍋用棍棒樣物在鍋里來回攪動,攪時鍋內如團所以叫攪團。
