        醪糟雞蛋

        醪糟是最原始的釀酒方法。糯米蒸熟,加進米曲子,不幾天會生出白毛,透出陣陣酒香。燒醪糟用紅泥小火爐,鼓風機吹得火苗直竄時,搭上紫銅炒勺,舀一勺發酵好的米胚,加水,燒得開幾個滾,再加白糖,甩進雞蛋穗,眨眼間,只見滿鍋都是淡黃色的“桂花”。舀一匙,甘醇微熏。天寒時來一碗,暖透了人心腸。為涼州百味中的一絕。
