        油粉

        油粉是博山的一種稀粥,從古喝到今,仍津津有味。粉房里做粉皮、粉條剩下的汁水(須綠豆為好),經過適度發酵,在滾開的鐵鍋里下勻了,再擱進黑豆芽或者白菜、豆腐條、粉條、生花生(黃豆也行),放少許咸鹽,等鍋里起了滾頭,香味便四溢開來,這時再把切細的蔥花、姜末、芫荽末撒上,一鍋酸溜溜、咸漬漬、香噴噴的油粉就做成了。
