        奶湯鯽魚;原料: 鯽魚 350克,白蘿卜絲75克,水發香菇40克,姜絲7克,蒜片2克,蔥段5克,鹽4克,淡奶50克,味精1克,料酒8毫升,胡椒粉0.5克,香油5克,湯800克 制作過程:1、鮮鯽魚洗凈,用鹽腌片刻控去水,在油鍋中兩面煎。香菇切絲,用開水氽一下。2、凈鍋加少量油上火煸蔥姜末,再放湯、料酒,下入魚與白蘿卜絲、香菇絲,待開鍋打去浮沫,調到中火煮約20分鐘,再放調味料與淡奶,淋香油裝湯池,撒上姜絲即成。風味特點: 鯽魚湯肥,魚肉鮮嫩。
