        竹葉蒸雞

        將雞宰殺,洗凈,去頭腳,剁成塊狀,用蔥、姜、鹽腌漬。竹葉用熱水燙過將雞塊包裹起來,上面用香菇封口,入蒸籠旺火蒸30分鐘左右取出裝盤,用櫻桃點在口上。
