        豆油皮春卷

        由豆油皮、五香干子、鮮地菜、花生米、芝麻油等制成。其制法為:將豆油皮切成方塊,花生米炒熟、搗亂,干子切丁,地菜燙過、切碎。將炒鍋置旺火上,加油燒熱,放入花生米、干子丁,地菜末、精鹽、蔥末、胡椒粉,炒拌成餡。將其包在豆油皮里,封口,投入芝麻油鍋里炸成顏色金黃即成。
