        梅花餃

        梅花餃,蒸點,特點:形如梅花,色澤美觀,咸鮮爽口。烹制法:蒸。

        澄粉用開水燙制成澄面皮。半肥瘦肉剁細熵熟,與玉蘭片細粒拌和,下調料制成餡。

        取面皮包餡,用手指捏成五瓣梅花形,雞蛋黃末、熟火腿末間隔置于花瓣、花蕊內,入籠蒸熟裝盤即成。
